At Porcelain Advertising, we believe in building things the right way—the way they used to be made. That’s why every porcelain enamel and neon sign we produce is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

What’s Covered

• Porcelain Signs – Our heavy-gauge steel signs with kiln-fired porcelain enamel are built to last for generations. If your sign ever fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we’ll replace it—no questions asked.
• Neon Signs – Our neon cans are handcrafted with porcelain enamel faces, powder-coated steel cans, hand-blown neon glass, and UL-rated transformers. All electrical components (transformer, wiring, and housing) are fully covered under our Lifetime Warranty.

What’s Not Covered

• Broken Tubes: While our neon glass is hand-blown and designed to last, accidental breakage of the tubes themselves is not covered. If you ever break a tube, we can assist with repair or replacement at cost.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Small scratches, chips, or signs of aging from years of display are considered part of the natural life of a real sign.
