Porcelain Advertising produces custom and made-to-order merchandise, including handcrafted porcelain enamel and neon signage. This policy exists to clarify customer obligations in the event of payment disputes, chargebacks, or non-payment after delivery.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not relieve the customer of financial responsibility for goods that have been delivered in full or in part.
If a customer receives merchandise and subsequently files a chargeback that is ruled in the customer’s favor, the customer remains legally and financially responsible for the value of any items received.
For purposes of this policy, “delivered goods” include, but are not limited to:
Receipt of any portion of an order constitutes acceptance of delivered goods.
If a chargeback is filed after delivery and results in funds being withdrawn from Porcelain Advertising, an outstanding balance is created equal to the value of the goods received.

When an outstanding balance exists, Porcelain Advertising may take the following steps:
Payment requests issued under this process are not re-billing attempts and do not constitute unauthorized charges. They represent an opportunity for the customer to resolve an unpaid obligation.
Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery, without attempting resolution through customer support, may be considered abusive or fraudulent use of the chargeback system.
Porcelain Advertising maintains records of order confirmations, delivery verification, communications, and production documentation and may use these records to defend its position or pursue recovery.
Customers who file chargebacks after delivery may be restricted from placing future orders. Porcelain Advertising reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who engages in payment abuse or bad-faith disputes.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
